Wine from the Vinschgau Valley has a history: Even the Romans appreciated the sunny terraces, which today guarantee the highest quality as a DOC zone. As part of Vinum Hotels Südtirol, we live a true passion for wine in one of the most up-and-coming wine-growing regions in the country. Our own vineyard completes the experience at Matill. Our first cuvée, Jenlin 1321, was bottled in 2023 - followed by Pinot Blanc and Pinot Grigio Ramato. The grapes ripen in Goldrain on a vineyard that has belonged to the castle for centuries. In 2020, Hansjörg and Johanna breathed new life into the soil and planted fresh vines. Like the castle, which was first mentioned in 1321 as "Jenlin Mutille", this wine also carries our history - a heritage that you experience with every sip.
