The prices quoted are per person and day with ¾ gourmet board.
A tourist tax of € 4.00 is charged for all persons aged 14 and over. This tax is not included in the room rate and can only be paid on site.

The children's prices are for accommodation in the parents' room or in the suites, per day including the ¾ gourmet board:

• up to 2 years free of charge in the cot
• from 3 to 7 years € 57.00 | € 77.00 in the family penthouse suite 
• from 8 to 11 years € 67.00 | € 87.00 in the family penthouse suite 
• from 12 to 16 years € 77.00 | € 97.00 in the family penthouse suite 
• from 17 years 30% discount
• For the 3rd and 4th person we grant a 30% discount on the daily price

• Late check out: possible until 2:00 pm - surcharge € 20.00 per room
• Single room supplement: € 20.00 per day in double rooms for single use | € 30.00 per day in double rooms | € 40.00 in the suites, Alpenrelax rooms with & without whirlpool
• Room with breakfast: € 35.00 per person per day will be deducted
• Dogs: Only with advance booking, we charge € 20.00 per day without food, please bring your own dog blanket or basket. We ask for your understanding that, out of consideration for other hotel guests, we cannot allow dogs in the restaurant, wellness and swimming areas.
• South Tyrol Guest Pass: With the South Tyrol Guest Pass you can use all public transport in South Tyrol. On presentation of the South Tyrol Guest Pass you also receive discounts on cable cars, museums and leisure facilities.

You can postpone or cancel your holiday free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
Deposits will be recognised as a credit for a future stay or refunded.
In the event of late cancellation, no-show, late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

After your booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price within 7 days. After receiving the deposit we will send you your booking confirmation. An accommodation contract only comes into force upon receipt of the written booking confirmation and payment of the deposit. In the event of timely cancellation, deposits will be credited for a future stay or refunded.

The remaining hotel bill can be paid in any currency.
